Si può richiedere, per email, la visione completa di un testo se interessati alla messinscena. Qualora si volesse poi effettivamente rappresentarlo, occorre, per legge, chiedere l'autorizzazione all'ufficio SIAE competente per zona.
E' comunque richiesto un contatto diretto prima di recarsi alla SIAE, inviando alcune informazioni circa la rappresentazione all'indirizzo email annalisa.rossi1961@yahoo.it (nome della Compagnia, regista, idee sulla messinscena).
E' mio piacere ricevere locandina e, potendo, anche un video dello spettacolo per mia collezione personale.
Si ricorda che E' OBBLIGO previsto dalla Legge indicare il nome dell'autore di un testo sul materiale pubblicitario e che non sono consentiti adattamenti se non previa richiesta, discussione con la sottoscritta e conseguente liberatoria scritta, con la sola esclusione dei testi per bambini messi in scena in ambito scolastico dagli stessi allievi. In presenza di autorizzazione/liberatoria per l'adattamento è bene che il nome di chi ha adattato venga indicato sul materiale pubblicitario insieme al nome della sottoscritta come autrice.
Sono disponibile, per i testi per bambini/ragazzi, ad incaricarmi a titolo gratuito di un corretto adattamento confrontandomi con l'insegnante/regista. Sono altresì disponibile a collaborare con la regia per adattare un mio testo per adulti, a titolo gratuito se trattasi di rappresentazione senza scopo di lucro.
You can request, by email, the complete vision of a text if interested in the staging. If you then actually want to stage it, you must, by law, seek authorization from the SIAE office responsible for the area or Royalties Bureau in your own Country.
However, direct contact is required before going to the Royalties Bureau by sending some information about the stage to the email address annalisa.rossi1961@yahoo.it (name of the company, director, ideas about the staging).
It is my pleasure to receive a poster and, if possible, also a video of the show for my personal collection.
I remember you that IT IS OBLIGATION foreseen by the Law to indicate the name of the author of a text on the advertising material and that adaptations are not allowed unless requested, discussion with the undersigned and consequent written release, with the only exclusion of the texts for children placed staged in the school environment by the students themselves. In the presence of authorization / release for the adaptation it is good that the name of the person who has adapted is indicated on the advertising material together with the name of the undersigned as author.
I am available, for the texts for children / teenagers, to take charge of a correct adaptation free of charge by comparing myself with the teacher / director. I am also available to collaborate with the director to adapt my adult texts, free of charge if it is a non-profit representation.
I am available to translate my own plays that are now only in Italian version to your own language if it's English - Swedish - French - Spanish. We can discuss about translation payment.
